Snacks

Please provide a small healthy snack and drink everyday. We set a timer so that the children eat for the full ten minutes (rather than taking a bite and rushing off to play). If children need more time to eat, they can stay longer. However, they will miss out on playing if they eat the whole time. Therefore, we recommend that you not pack a large snack, but simply a snack and a drink to tie them over for the remainder of the day until they go home. *Please remind your child not to share food due to potential food allergies.

String cheese
Crackers/Pretzels
Cut vegetables
Cut fruit or fruit cups
Half of a sandwich
Yogurt pouches
Applesauce
Granola/Cereal Bars
Boxed Raisins
Mini-bagels
